Elite VIP welcome bonus and email claims
Eligible new accounts receive the welcome amount displayed on the membership page after verifying their email and activating Elite VIP membership. Standard membership alone does not earn this bonus. One grant is issued per eligible account; repeat sign-ins and renewals do not create another grant. Changes to the offer apply to future grants only.
An earned bonus may be redeemed toward USD merchandise or requested as a manual payout through the account's verified email. Earned funds have no expiry and remain available after membership cancellation. No further membership upgrade or release fee is required to claim earned funds.
The minimum manual claim is $50 and the claim fee is $0. Submitting a claim reserves that amount and does not mean payment has occurred. The team reviews the claim, confirms the recipient and any required verification, and agrees a payout method by email. Processing time is confirmed during review. Rejected claims release the reserved amount. A payout is recorded as completed only after an administrator independently verifies the transfer.
Checkout reserves wallet funds and limited stock. A verified failed or expired checkout releases its reservation; an interrupted network request may require reconciliation. Refunds require review of the original payment sources and are never inferred from a browser redirect.
Membership
Standard membership costs nothing. Paid membership names, benefits, current prices and billing intervals are displayed before checkout. Recurring subscriptions are billed through Stripe until cancelled. Manage renewal, available plan changes and cancellation through the account billing portal. Access follows the subscription status confirmed by Stripe.
Merchandise
Prices and availability are confirmed at checkout. Any configured shipping and applicable tax are shown before payment.
Delivery policies will be published before merchandise purchases open.
The return and refund policy will be published before purchases open.
Community conduct
Be respectful. No harassment, hate, spam, personal information or illegal content. We may remove posts and accounts that break these rules.
Bookings and events
A booking request is not a confirmed booking. The team will reply by email to agree availability, fees and terms.
Content and trademarks
Film and television titles, posters and trailers belong to their respective studios and networks. Site content is protected by copyright.
